Hello people around the world, this is new. Me, posting a recipe? Well, I decided to twist the content of my blog a little bit by sharing one of the easiest and simplest recipes ever of my favorite food.

As you can see from the title, especially in the brackets. What does it mean by Cheesekut or Ciskut? Cheesekut or Ciskut came from a malay words that mixed together. The "kut" after the cheese stands for biskut (biscuit). And what is "ciskut"? It's basically a same thing as "cheesekut" but shorter; the "cis" is actually "cheese" which, in a slang word.

For the English title, I used "cracker" instead of "biscuit", right? Well, this is because the ingredient we used is actually crackers but for some reason, Malaysians called these crackers as biscuits.

Enough ranting, lets get into the recipe!

Ingredients

Oreo Crumbs* (454 g)
*This is preferred topping. You can also use Nestum, Milo*

Cream Cheese (500g)
Cream Cracker (1 pack)
Full Cream Milk (2 x 200 mL)
Condensed Milk (1/2)

Square pan/ baking pan/ square plastic container.
Mixer.
Two bowls (for oreo crumbs and full cream milk).
Spoon.

Steps

1. Beat the 500g cream cheese with the mixer. And when it turned smooth, put 1/2 of the condensed milk.

2. If you want your cheese to be thick, put only ten tablespoon of Full Cream milk. And if you want your cheese to be thin, you can use 1/2 (or more) of the 200 mL. Mixed everything for 2 minutes and then, you can start to taste your ultimate cheese filling.

If you find it not too sweet, you can add more of the condensed milk up to your liking. In this part, some prefer it not too sweet, not too thick and some prefer it thin and sweet. Ask your taste bud and make this up to your liking!

3. Prepare two bowls for oreo crumbs and 200 mL Full Cream milk.

4. Take your baking pan/square pan and start to put one spoon of cream cheese first. Spread the cheese to the shape of your pan. Sprinkle the oreo crumbs on top of it (using hand is easier). You can sprinkle more up to your liking. More topping tasted even better!

5. Soak the crackers into a bowl of Full Cream milk for a minute, and carefully arrange them in your pan. If you want your cake texture to be slight crunchy, soak less than a minute but make sure to use a lot of cheese or it will taste dry.

*i'm not using a pan, this is a plastic container in size S*

6. After that, covered these crackers with another one spoon (or more) of cream cheese. If you're a cheese lover, might as well add more than two spoons. *wink*

7. Starting from here, we repeat steps 1 - 6.

Cream Cheese > Oreo crumbs > Soaking Crackers > Cream Cheese again > Oreo etc etc.

You can build as many layer as you want until you're out of filling. For me, the reason I'm using a plastic container is because I wanna sell them out and in case you are wondering, one small container like the photo below can build up to 4 layers.

Another reason why we have to use square baking pan is because it's easier; since the crackers shaped is square. It will be a little harder if you want to use a circle baking pan, well... it is POSSIBLE! Dont worry, all you gotta do is buying circle-shaped cream crackers.

You can try this on your own and remember, you can customize your own cheese texture and taste to your liking. If you want to feel more cheesy, add up to two tablespoon (or more) for step 6! The recipe I shared is based from a seller's perspective. If you want to make it for your family or yourself, make sure to add more cheese because it's tastier in that way!
