Packaging
The product came with a cap and bottle made of hard plastic (or at least that was what I thought when I saw it). It didn't made from glass so it is safer in case you might drop this, it won't break. But still, please be careful with your product and I won't guarantee anything if you drop it from higher level because it might actually break.
It is hygienic but not so travel friendly. Even if you prepare or buy the travel size kit, it is hard for you to make sure the toner come out fast from its original bottle. Unlike Hada Labo, the bottle is made from plastic that we can squeeze out, and thus make the job easier and faster.
In term of the ingredients lists, Klairs came out with 39 products including their main ingredients that are Sodium Hyaluronate, B-glucan, Centella Asiatica Extract and Lipidure.
Maybe that's the reason why it is a little bit expensive compare to other toners. So, let's see what this product has claims:
I'm not so sure about the minimal number of products but as stated, ingredients such as Lipidure and B-glucan will provide deep hydration and help prepare the skin absorb following products better and boost their effectiveness!
Texture
The toner is a little runny but not that watery if that make sense. It's in between, it's not like water, just little thicker texture than the water. It smells like herbal which doesn't bother me at all because the scent is just mild.
The Application on Skin
You can use cotton pads to apply or simply just use your hands and give slight massage to it. I personally used my palms and pat the product on your skin until it fully absorbed.
Just like Hada Labo, it is easily absorb to the skin without feeling any stickiness. Your face will feel fresh and plump as it is indeed very moisturizing. It is a really good to use before you apply your makeup too because it will act as a barrier to lock up from making your foundation looking patchy or oily.
I've been using this for more than two months, together with Hada Labo. I didnt use both at the same time, though. Well, I used Hada Labo during days and Klairs for night, and those two are a perfect combination for my skin to make sure it doesn't look dry and always moisturizing. This toner also can balance the pH level of your skin and act as a calming effect.
It is true.
I still remember when I used Mary Jardin Face Soap as a cleanser and how it dries out my skin so bad that I need an instant moisturizer right away. I used 3/4 drops of Klairs Supple Toner and it calm my skin down from any irritation/extreme drying feeling. Since it claims to be non-irritation, I think I made a great choice.
If I were asked too choose which one is better, I'd choose Klairs as it contains better ingredients than Hada Labo. Nevertheless, if you are looking for something that might be a little cheaper, then Hada Labo is a perfect dupe for this product.
Will I repurchase?
Yes, it's a good toner that soothe and give deep moisturizing to my face.
